<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Field of activity: Industrial equipment and technical solutions (compressors, sandblasting/painting equipment, abrasive materials) <br>Work location: Baku city <br>Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 <br>Salary: 500 AZN + high sales bonus + additional incentives</p> <p><strong>Candidate requirements (expectations):</strong></p> <p>• Higher education (Economics, Business Administration, Technical specialty, Marketing, or a related field) <br>• Minimum 2–3 years of active B2B (corporate sales) experience (experience in industrial equipment, construction, oil &amp; gas, industrial materials is an advantage) <br>• Azerbaijani language — excellent, Russian language — good level (mandatory), English language — at least intermediate level (B1–B2) <br>• Strong negotiation skills, ability to build long-term customer relationships, and sales skills <br>• Experience in identifying and working with potential clients in the industrial sector (oil &amp; gas, construction, industrial enterprises) <br>• Driving license (mandatory — frequent client visits are expected) <br>• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) <br>• Analytical thinking, ability to prepare sales plans and achieve targets <br>• Stress resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment</p> <p><strong>Advantages (preferred):</strong> <br>• Experience in selling industrial equipment (compressors, sandblasting, painting equipment, abrasives) <br>• Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix24 or similar) <br>• Existing client base or business contacts (oil &amp; gas, construction companies)</p> <p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong> <br>• Establishing and managing long-term cooperation with corporate clients (industrial enterprises, construction companies, oil &amp; gas sector) <br>• Finding new potential clients (lead generation) through cold calls, meetings, industry events, and tenders <br>• Presenting and selling the company’s products (compressors, sandblasting equipment, painting systems, abrasive materials) according to customer needs <br>• Preparing and executing monthly/annual sales plans and achieving targets <br>• Expanding the client base, developing relationships with existing clients, and increasing repeat sales <br>• Monitoring competitors and market trends, preparing commercial offers <br>• Conducting client meetings, technical presentations, participating in tenders and negotiations <br>• Preparing sales reports and presenting them to management <br>• Ensuring customer satisfaction and monitoring the after-sales support process</p> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong> <br>• Official employment contract and a stable working schedule similar to government institutions <br>• High sales bonus (significant additional income potential based on targets) <br>• Professional development opportunities (trainings, product presentations) <br>• Dynamic and professional team <br>• Corporate phone number</p> <p>Interested candidates can send their CV to <a href="mailto:info@bcsgroup.az">info@bcsgroup.az</a>, indicating <strong>“Corporate Sales Specialist”</strong> in the subject line.
