Standard hook type shotblasting machines cause approximately 4–5 minutes of downtime between two blasting cycles because the operator has to wait for the turbines to stop completely, open the doors, remove the blasted hook, insert the unblasted hook, close the doors, and wait for the turbines to reach 3000 rpm. In contrast, new-generation compact hook type machines eliminate these time losses, achieving 2.5 times higher productivity compared to standard hook type machines.

Preservation Lıne - Complete Shotlastıng And Paıntıng Lıne

By means of a preservation line, steel sheets (widths can vary from 1500mm up to 3000mm) and profiles (max. heigth 500mm) are shotblasted in SA2,5 quality and painted with a temporary corrosion protection paint at an adjustable speed between 1 - 2,5 m/min. A preservation line consist of : loading and unloading cross conveyors for efficient loading / unloading individually adapted roller conveyors, a pre-heater for wet or even ice-covered workpieces from outside storage, A roller conveyor shotblasting machine including a dustcollecting and filtering unit, a painting booth with upper and lower painting robots including waterfall type filtering unit, a slat conveyor to protect wet paint and a paint dryer unit to allow the handling of the workpieces immediately at the exit roller conveyor. To minimize energy costs, the paint dryer unit uses waste heat energy from the pre-heater.

Wire Descalıng Machıne

For fastest and most efficient wire descaling, 3 turbines are located around the wire with 1200 Special wear resistant and replacable abrasive concentration plates are placed in front of each turbine to achieve higher efficiency. Usually wire descaling shot blasting machines are integrated in a complete line, before wiredrawing beds. Number of turbines and the applied powers are defined according to customer’s wiredrawing beds’ speed.
