Description
Field of activity: Industrial equipment and technical solutions (compressors, sandblasting/painting equipment, abrasive materials)
Work location: Baku city
Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: 500 AZN + high sales bonus + additional incentives
Candidate requirements (expectations):
• Higher education (Economics, Business Administration, Technical specialty, Marketing, or a related field)
• Minimum 2–3 years of active B2B (corporate sales) experience (experience in industrial equipment, construction, oil & gas, industrial materials is an advantage)
• Azerbaijani language — excellent, Russian language — good level (mandatory), English language — at least intermediate level (B1–B2)
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to build long-term customer relationships, and sales skills
• Experience in identifying and working with potential clients in the industrial sector (oil & gas, construction, industrial enterprises)
• Driving license (mandatory — frequent client visits are expected)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical thinking, ability to prepare sales plans and achieve targets
• Stress resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Advantages (preferred):
• Experience in selling industrial equipment (compressors, sandblasting, painting equipment, abrasives)
• Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix24 or similar)
• Existing client base or business contacts (oil & gas, construction companies)
Main responsibilities:
• Establishing and managing long-term cooperation with corporate clients (industrial enterprises, construction companies, oil & gas sector)
• Finding new potential clients (lead generation) through cold calls, meetings, industry events, and tenders
• Presenting and selling the company’s products (compressors, sandblasting equipment, painting systems, abrasive materials) according to customer needs
• Preparing and executing monthly/annual sales plans and achieving targets
• Expanding the client base, developing relationships with existing clients, and increasing repeat sales
• Monitoring competitors and market trends, preparing commercial offers
• Conducting client meetings, technical presentations, participating in tenders and negotiations
• Preparing sales reports and presenting them to management
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and monitoring the after-sales support process
